How to create a PTW assessment
To create a new PTW document in the EHS APP, follow these steps:
Getting Started
- To start creating your PTW assessment, click on “New PTW”;

- In “Activity Details” , input the data related to the activity details and then, click “Next”;

- In this area, create your checklist by selecting the desired activities that will be performed. When done, click “Next”;

- Now, you will see the “Checklists” screen, where you will be able to review the information for each activity and create special permission documents. Activities that have a green status have been validated, while tasks with a yellow status require a new review or have a pending document. When your checklist is concluded, click “Next”;

4.1. As an example, we are going to fill in the General Work Permission checklist;

4.2. Check the desired options to define the potential risks and then, click “Next”;

4.3. Here, you must select the PPEs that are considered mandatory for your PTW assessment. When done, click “Next”;

4.4. Here, you will select the used equipments. When done, click on the “Save” button to conclude your General checklist validation;
