Creating tasks in the new risk assessment screen

  1. To quickly add a new task, navigate to the desired process in the new risk assessment flow. From the task list, select "Create a New Task" to begin.

  1. After selecting "Create a New Task", a field will appear for you to enter the task details. Fill in the task name, then click the checkmark button to save.

  1. After that, your task will be successfully created and confirmed by the system.

Creating New Management Units (Area / Line / Process / Task)

  1. In the left menu, go to “Registrations” and select “Units”.

  1. In the Units menu, click the “Add Unit” button.

  1. Then, fill in the following fields:

  1. Provide a brief description of your unit.

  2. Add a complete description, if necessary.

  3. Select the superior unit under which your new unit will be located.

  4. Assign a responsible person for your new unit.

  5. Select the unit type (Management Unit / Process / Task).
